We’ve just added some new features to The Casengo application! Want to hear what the new release is all about? We’re showing off at Webwinkel Vakdagen, the Netherlands’ leading e-commerce event, this Wednesday and Thursday (January 23 and 24) in Utrecht. This is our very first exhibition, and another proud milestone for Casengo since launching on December 12, 2012. From stand S02, we’ll be demonstrating our new and existing features from three massive iMac screens. Here’s a rundown of the new features we’re delighted to be able share: - Add hyperlinks and images to knowledge base articles. So don’t hold back: give those FAQ answers an extra boost with pictures and links to related tips to help.

• Change your language preferences of the chat application script generator. You can now create the chat widget in multiple languages. Superleuk!
• Collaborate with colleagues seamlessly with the ability to forward a case to anyone inside or outside your organization. Ah, help is at hand right when you need it.
• Improved search functionality so you can find that case you’re hunting for based on an email address, subject line, label, or the inquiry content. Easy does it.
