What do you mean by 'conversations'?

First of all: it’s not a ticket. We hate tickets. Casengo is an application that supports customers, and customers are people rather than numbers. A conversation consists of all messages related the same customer question, no matter the medium. So one conversation can be a collection of emails, chat messages, and/or phone logs.

What's the trial all about?

The Casengo experience begins with a trial of 14 days with all premium features enabled, completely free of charge. This trial will allow you to get to know our customer service application and decide if it's your cup of tea. The free trial allows you to discover what exactly it is you and your team need (and what it isn't). Of course, no credit card details are needed to start the trial. That would be weird.

What is a user?

You are one, and so are your team members. When you start using Casengo, you'll each receive a separate user name to log into your company's Casengo account. That's the only way you will all be able to deliver customer service with your unique smile!

What happens when the trial is over?

A few days before your trial ends, we'll ask you to pick a plan. If you want to keep flying for free, that's great - but just let us know! If you don't let us know (by not picking any plan), we will unfortunately proceed to delete your account, conversations and contacts. Ouch!
