Dear Customers,

Short maintenance is planned tonight to fix current performance issues.

As you may have noticed we had performance issues in the last few days. This happened because Amazon pushed a security update to fix the Intel security issues Meltdown and Spectre on our servers. As a result we had a major performance capacity problem. To remedy this, we’re going to upgrade all our servers with even faster CPU’s.

We’re going to upgrade our servers tonight at 22:00 (GMT+1, Wednesday 10 January 2018). This process will take about 4 hours and will affect the Casengo Inbox. You will not be able to log in to Casengo at that point.

Please note that all email wil be fetched after the server restarts. No data will be lost in the process.

We’ll post updates here to inform you when you can log in to Casengo.
