Feature Monday! With another basic but super useful feature: adding attachments to cases. Sure, this was possible from the moment Casengo was launched, but it didn’t work all that logically. Many of our users will be happy to know that now, it does.Previously, adding attachments to a specific message wasn't possible. It worked all right during a chat conversation, but the attachment felt pretty lonely when emailed: thepicture or file would be sent off together with an empty email. A bit unsociable, really.
Our users' customers didn't care for it much, either.
