Feature Monday! With another basic but super useful feature: adding attachments to cases. Sure, this was possible from the moment Casengo popup: true was launched, but it didn’t work all that logically. Many of our users will be happy to know that now, it does.Previously, adding attachments to a specific message wasn't possible. It worked all right during a chat conversation, but the attachment felt pretty lonely when emailed: thepicture or file would be sent off together with an empty email. A bit unsociable, really.
Our users' customers didn't care for it much, either.
