How can I set up email forwarding for Gmail?


Forward emails from your Gmail account to your Casengo email address, by simply following the instructions below:

  1. Log into your Gmail account in which you receive email messages from customers. Click the gear icon in the upper right, then select 'Settings' from thedrop-downmenu. casengo.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/faq-gmail-forwarding-gear.png

  3. Enter your unique Casengo email address (johndoe@casengomail.com) you wish to forward your emails to. ( For your security, Gmail will send a verification to that email address). casengo.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/faq-gmail-forwarding-add-address.png

  4. Log into your Casengo account (login.casengo.com/agent) with your credentials, and find the confirmation message from the Gmail team in your inbox.

  5. Click the verification link in that email. You might need to click the 'read more' option to reveal the link. A new page will opened with a confirmation success message.

  6. Back in your Gmail account, select the 'Forward a copy of incoming mail to...' option and select your Casengo email address from the drop-down menu. casengo.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/faq-gmail-forwarding-final.png

  7. Click 'Save Changes' and you're done. All emails sent to your support address will be forwarded to your Casengo Inbox but a copy will remain in your Gmail box as well.
