From today onwards, you’ll be able to customize the agent filters in our application. And by agent filters, you know what we mean, right? Exactly, we’re talking about the status list to the left of your inbox, showing you the status of your customer cases – how many of those are Open, New, Pending etc. So did you always feel the urge to change the order of your agent filters? Or change their name? Or hide them? Go crazy!
How to customize your agent filters
Start by launching The Casengo application. Go to the Admin Site, hit ‘General’ and then ‘Filters’. The window that appears now allows you to customize all of the filters. casengo.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/custom-filters-eng.png

In order for you to change a name, press this button. The following screen will appear: casengo.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/custom-filters-ENG-2-screen.png
Fill in the name you picked and hit ‘save’. Made a mistake? No worries – hit ‘Reset all to default’ to undo your changes. casengo.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2013/12/custom-filters-ENG-oogicoon1.png
You can also choose to hide (or unhide) certain filters by clicking on the ‘eye’ icon. Perfect for hiding filters! (It’s not possible yet to delete a filter for real.) Who needs a filter like “My cases” if (s)he’s the only agent? Just saying. Don’t forget to hit ‘Save filters’. Good luck!
